Father and Son, How Often? Common Sense, and Manufactured Housing Industry Week in Review 10-21 to 10-28-2018

 FatherSonHowOftenCommonSenseManufacturedHousingIndustryWeekInReviewDailyBusinessNewsMHPronews

1. It can be interesting to observe a father and son.  ‘Whenever you encounter a problem, what do you do?’ father Tony asked 11 year old son Tamas (pronounced ‘tah mash.’) “Goal and solution orientation,” young Tamas promptly said.

2. How often do you want your marketing message seen or heard? Once or twice a month? Or would it be better if it was several times daily?

Do you want your marketing message seen by qualified candidates, the right target audience, or by those who might never give you, your product or service a second thought?

The answers are obvious, aren’t they? It’s common sense.

A hurricane and days of rain were not enough to stop Legacy Housing from having two back-to-back, highly successful events this fall.  Trade show season prep for 2019 is underway or about to begin.  Do you want a better result?  Why not do what Legacy or others have done, and use this platform, which has the biggest and most engaged audience?  MHProNews is number one for many reasons.  Proven results are among them, click here.

Every year, at show time for manufactured housing, we pack it all up and take our son on the road for a week for each major trade show.  We look forward to seeing thousands of you in person, at one of the upcoming 2019 events.

3. Common Sense.

Common sense is making a come-back in America. To get a better outcome, you have to do things differently.  That’s common sense.  To improve results, you have to fact-check the claims of those who say they are leading the industry, and see if they are in fact leading in a good, bad, or meh direction.

If you scratch deeply enough, people of good will can find some common ground with others of good will. There will be disagreements between people. It has been so, since ‘the fall,’ and is expected to continue that way until time comes to an end.

GIGO, Esther Sullivan, Clayton Homes, Boston Globe, GSMOL on ‘Manufactured Insecurity-Mobile Home Parks and Americans’ Tenuous Right to Place’

Like millions of others, during my high school days and at the university, computer geeks used the acronym, GIGO. “Garbage In, Garbage Out .” It simply means that if your input is bad, then the output is bad. Similarly, when using logic, if the premise is flawed, then the conclusion is flawed too.
