Clearly, The World has Changed. It isn’t the 1990s. Hawaii is exploring using more MH to meet their affordable housing shortage. A prior HUD Code MH Administrator has come out in a strongly pro-MH public statement via a video, linked here. A new 3rd party report projects MH Shipments to roughly double in 5 years. While some see credible threats to MH on the horizon, there are also multi-billion dollar investments being made in MH, and more are possible.
